Last week the Fire And Flow workshop came to our school to teach us how to do tricks with the staffs(staffs are just broom sticks) . We learnt how to spin the staff and wrap it around our body. We learnt how to throw the staff up and catch it again and we also learnt how to throw it up and have it rotate in midair and catch it.
